SIMON JAMES

Simon has written songs for most of his life: at least 50 as founder-member of cult band, ‘Wizards of Twiddly’.  He has produced underscore and songs for more than 20 theatrical productions, ranging from composition and musical direction for Spike Theatre co., Big Wow, Rejects Revenge, supervising community song-writing projects for Collective Encounters and composing music on Christmas shows for Unity Theatre, Liverpool/Hope St Ltd.  His musical arrangement credits include albums for Kevin Ayers, ‘Super Furry Animals’, ‘The Coral’, ‘Gorkys Zygotic Mynci’,The Cubical and ‘Shack’.
